Where are you from?
I grew up in Aalborg, Denmark and later moved to Copenhagen after University and worked there for a few years.
How long have you been in the United States?
Since 2001.
What brought you to the US?
Came for an employment opportunity for a Danish company, and shortly thereafter met my (American) wife.
What is your occupation?
Certified Public Accountant - I do primarily audit work for a public accounting company.
What do you like most about the Danish Club of Washington?
I haven't been a member too long, but my wife and I are enjoying getting to know other Danish-American couples, as well as enjoying the Danish food!
How long have you been an officer of the club and what positions have you held?
I was just elected Treasurer in 2008.

2007
What is your favorite event sponsored by the club and why?
Det kolde bord - I really enjoyed the food and conversation *hygge* at this event. It was just like being home for Christmas.
What is your favorite Danish Food?
Leverpostej and Biksemad. I've also been known to eat my share of marzipan in my lifetime.
